On the nose, stone fruit and orchard fruits abound, with a damp core and white pepper over the dominant aromas. On the palate, it is impressively bright and mineral, with a great balance between power and lift. Flavors of lemon, green apple, and pear mix with a touch of floral and mineral notes of slate. It is a succulent and mineral wine at the same time.

The Xisto Ilimitado Branco pairs wonderfully with roasted poultry, white fish, seafood, and especially with spicier preparations.
