Wine Dinner -Quinta dos Termos

With its back facing the Serra da Estrela, with a somewhat steep slope to the south and sheltered to the north by the mountain that delimits it, Quinta dos Terms has its own terroir that indelibly marks the wines produced there.

With its own microclimate and poor land that naturally regulates the most productive varieties, the traditional varieties of Beira Interior are cultivated there, which, combined with the excellence of nature and rigorous analytical control, result in captivating and surprising nectars.
