This cuvée embodies the essence of Domaine Thierry Fournier. A delicate blend with a majority of Meunier (80%), followed by Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot Noir (10%), expressing a charming balance. The grapes, carefully hand-harvested, come from all the vineyard plots to bring the quality of their terroirs into one single bottle. Thierry Fournier is brilliant, with a golden yellow color. It exhibits yellow fruits, dried fruits, nuts, and citrus. The palate is rich, balanced, and soft with good acidity.
