Description

The Reserva originated from an experiment in 1995 when Soalheiro was one of the first to try blending Alvarinho with French oak. After much experimentation, in 2006, we developed the style of Reserva that exists to this day.

This wine showcases Alvarinho in all its essence, without the influence of the used wood masking the characteristics of this grape. The nuances of the barrel are very well integrated, complementing the aromatic profile of Alvarinho while adding a new dimension of structure and complexity.
