Description
Extended maceration, aging in new French oak barrels, and natural clarification aided by the sharp cold of Serra da Estrela. Open ruby color with slight evolution, ensuring continued good aging in the bottle. Delicate aroma with notes of wild plants, fresh hay, and a light smokiness, characteristic of barrel aging and bottle aging. Remarkable mouth volume, distinct tannins, and a pleasant freshness, typical of the natural acidity of wines from Cova da Beira and the associated concept; the aromatic component is rich and complex, with well-integrated wood notes, giving it excellent gastronomic suitability. Contains sulfites.
