This red from Quinta do Portal was crafted under moderate temperatures, employing techniques that allow the use of gravity. This imparts an aromatic profile to the grapes marked by Tinta Roriz, accompanied almost equally by Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, a typical blend of the Douro region. Intense aromas of red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, combined with hints of spices provided by its passage through wooden casks. Ideal for consumption now with meats and cheeses, although it will evolve favorably in the bottle.
