An unusual style, this Niepoort Dry White. The grapes for this wine undergo a lengthy maceration with skins and stems. The final blend includes various wines aged in small old oak barrels in the Caves of Vila Nova de Gaia for a minimum of 3 and a half years before bottling. Niepoort Dry White is best served chilled as an aperitif or with tonic water, ice, and a slice or twist of lemon.
