The Reserva was specially crafted to express the excellence of Avesso, a typical grape variety from the Baião region. The grapes were carefully handpicked and gently pressed. Two-thirds of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and then the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it completed fermentation and aged with frequent batonnage for 9 months.
This wine boasts great elegance and complexity, with notes of stone fruit, toasted bread, and yeast. On the palate, it is voluminous and mineral, showcasing great harmony. It pairs excellently with succulent fish dishes, fine charcuterie, and medium-intensity cheeses.
