Description
The tradition of wine in the Évora region dates back to ancient times. The Charter granted to the city by King Manuel I in 1501 testifies to this. Red wines are produced from the Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Aragonez grape varieties, aged in new French oak barrels. Very fruity, they exhibit a high concentration and exuberance typical of youth.
