Description

Deep mineral notes on the nose, with hints of flint and gunpowder. Beautiful citrus notes intertwined with suggestions of butter and spices adding complexity. On the palate, it is creamy yet fresh and light. It has a great texture and a very long finish. Excellent to pair with soft cheese, codfish, octopus, and white meats.
