Description

The wine is made in the Loire Valley from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, filled with hints of green vegetation, freshly cut grass, and a subtle tropical note of passion fruit. With a beautiful acidity, it has a light body yet is very capable of complementing both seafood and certain cheeses such as Camembert.
