Description
Aging: Extended aging (24 months) always at a controlled temperature and the grape variety’s harmonization with the traditional Champagne method (classic method).
Serving: Between 6ºC and 8ºC.
Gastronomy: Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany roasted and grilled meats, particularly poultry, kid, lamb, and suckling pig.
Tasting notes: Fine and persistent bubbles, aroma with the presence of the grape variety, mineral, with some toasty/biscuity notes and complexity due to bottle aging. Full-bodied, dry (Bruto Nature), good acidity, and a finish with fruit where the grape variety persists.
