This white wine from the collection “O Fugitivo” is made from the Uva-Cão grape variety, found exclusively in old vineyards planted on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela. This grape variety is known for its high levels of acidity and was traditionally planted at the entrance of vineyards, confirming the origin of its name: “grape that guards the vineyard.” Therefore, it presents itself with a citrus color, exhibiting tremendous freshness, elegance, delicacy, and great complexity, making it ideal for aging in the bottle.
