This vintage allowed the production of a very fresh and complex wine, with citrus fruit in harmony with discreet floral nuances and strong mineral notes characteristic of the terroir, enhanced by slight woody hints. Extended battonage gives it a surprisingly full mouthfeel. The finish is very long, fresh, and mineral. It is an ideal white wine to accompany all types of fish, seafood, or white meats. Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 14°C.
