Second fermentation in the bottle (classic method) with a minimum aging period of 12 months. Pale salmon color, with a very good aroma, filled with elegant fruits, and notes of cherry and raspberry. Very delicate and fine on the palate, with a delicate mousse, dry, and fresh. Balanced and bright finish. Contains sulfites.
