Grape Variety: Arinto
Winemaking Process: 30% of the base wine fermented in 300-liter French oak barrels, and the remaining portion in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation occurred in the bottle using the traditional method at 13ºC.
Tasting Notes: Rich, with a smooth and round texture, and a long and persistent finish.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 4 – 6ºC
Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif, with desserts, or to accompany seafood dishes.
